- 2 cubes Sorel
- 2oz Gin (We highly recommend NY Distilling Navy Strength Gin.)
- 1oz Elderflower liqueur (The ineffable St. Germain is the only choice!)
Directions

| Fill an ice cube tray with Sorel, freeze. | |

| Place frozen cubes of Sorel into a highball glass. | |

| Add gin and elderberry liqueur; as Sorel ice cubes don't float, they will sit at the bottom of the glass, dissolving slowly. | |
